We are looking for a hardworking, self-sufficient and reliable individual and someone who will be at the very start of an exciting new business location.
Daily duties will include;
– Management of customer service teams.
-Ensuring the team is dealing with all enquiries promptly and nothing is missed.
-Ensuring all quotes are sent and followed up, being ‘tagged’ accordingly.
-Monitoring of enquiry and response time.
-Handling of customer or consignment escalations.
-Monitor the daily productivity of the sales team.
