Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading South Yorkshire employer as they look to recruit an IT Project Support Administrator on an initial 18-month fixed term contract.

As IT Project Administrator, you will be an essential part of our clients dynamic IT Project team, working on the implementation and roll out of a new key business system.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure the project is executed efficiently
2. Handle administrative tasks related to IT projects, including document management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project records
3. Maintain accurate project documentation, track progress, and report on key project metrics
4. Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and management, ensuring effective communication and alignment
5. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure projects stay on course
We are keen to speak with PMO’s / Project Administrators with the following skills and experience:
6. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
7. Previous experience in project administration or a similar role
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
9. Strong communication and organisational skills
