We are working with the Chef Manager at a Contract Catering site ahead of a business Christmas period.
The position is focused around the service of their staff canteen. A chef de partie (or more senior) competent on mise-en-place and management of a section would best suit this role.
The food is produced fresh and working towards a good quality standard. The successful candidate could expect continued temp work within office hours.
Expected:
2 years minimum experience at CDP or Sous.
Proficiency in the English language.
Food Hygiene and Allergen training up to date with the FSA current guidelines.
Attention to cleanliness
Precision focused cooking.
Preferred:
Experience at Contract Catering.
NVQ level 2 Diploma training in the culinary field (or higher)
