Are you passionate and dedicated educator looking for a rewarding opportunity in Northampton. We are currently seeking qualified teachers with QTS who would like to support with interventions. These roles are due to start September 2024 and we have a couple of schools which are looking for someone for support with interventions. Some will be KS1 and some KS2 so please apply and we can match you to the most suitable position. The role is initially until December 2024 however this could go on longer depending on the needs of the pupils.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across a variety of subjects and age groups.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and motivated to succeed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Proven experience teaching in a classroom setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to professional development.
