What we offer:
1. Incoming/new orders - New business controlling with the sales / market leader management for EMEA in the area of strategic planning for new business with a focus on incoming order planning in the project business and tracking in the sales tool
o Promote reporting harmonization across the EMEA region and efficient consolidation across all markets
o Leading the monthly and yearly forecasting and budgeting process in EMEA
2. Key user for Salesforce in the finance department and participation in the further development of the tools as well as creating the monthly incoming orders reports
3. Reporting, consolidation and business modeling to support the sales organization
4. Active support in the monthly incoming orders forecasts for EMEA and the defined sales markets with extended planning content such as derived sales planning, profit planning or cash-in planning from new projects and the integration of customer service planning in order to be able to present an overall planning of incoming orders for the company ( P&L from new business - incoming orders, sales, earnings).
5. Identification of developments that do not fit the strategic objective and cooperation with the EMEA sales management and the market leaders with regard to countermeasures and tracking the implementation.
6. Maintenance and further development of models for efficient planning of new business with regard to sales development and earnings contribution in close cooperation with Project Controlling and Solution Development.
7. Support in evaluating and communicating risks and opportunities in incoming orders
8. Governance, control and calculation of the EMEA sales commission plan
9. Track and analyze incoming orders performance and profitability analysis by market and promote decision making and performance tracking in vertical markets / industries.
10. Special analyzes as well as regular analysis of incoming orders in the company's business units as well as variance analyzes for budget and forecast
11. Development and reporting of pipeline analyzes regarding the quality and dynamics of the forecasts to improve forecast predictability
12. Forecast and Controlling of all Sales/Commercial (incl. Marketing, Business Development) and Solution Development Cost Centers in EMEA
13. Monitoring of customer creditworthiness as part of the sales process
14. Tracking of global or key customers in EMEA (key accounts)Pro forma reporting on all global / key customers for EMEA (actual vs. budget)
15. Support in the creation of presentations with regard to monthly, quarterly or annual reports, management presentations and the like.
16. Leading, development and promoting employees / sales controllers in the regions to cover all EMEA markets
17. Active support of the annual audit and, if necessary, interim audit
Tasks and Qualifications:
18. Degree in business administration / economics or comparable education and experience
19. Several years of practical experience in a comparable finance position with a focus on sales controlling
20. Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools as well as planning tools, e.g. Oracle / Hyperion
21. Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP knowledge
22. Very good written and spoken English, other language skills desirable
23. Excellent communication skills, also across functional and geographical boundaries
24. Excellent ability to work in a team, change and problem-solving skills, analytical thinking skills and customer orientation
25. Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
