Robertson Bell are supporting this client to recruit an Interim Finance Assistant in Manchester on a Hybrid basis, for an intital three-month contract with potential to be extended longer.
The Interim Finance Assistant’s duties will include:
1. Processing and posting cash – allocating into the accounts.
2. Coding and matching invoices to purchase orders.
3. Raising and inputting invoices, amending incorrect information, and chasing for approval.
4. Supporting on the processing of timesheets for payroll - entering data into the system.
The successful Interim Finance Assistant will have:
5. Experience working in a similar role or having recently completed an Accounting and Finance qualification.
6. Experience using Excel with the ability to use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and basic formulas.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
