Compass Associates are proud to be working with an award-winning pharmacy business who since starting in 2019 have seen considerable year on year growth. They are now looking to further expand their team with a Business Development Executive to join them on a full-time, remote basis.
The Role
1. Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients through all prospective channels and the appropriate activities.
2. Research prospective clients in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful execution to get deals over the line.
3. Lead sales pitches, including the creation of sales presentations and proposals.
4. Build a sales pipeline by identifying potential leads.
5. Build a strong pipeline relevant opportunity to deliver against and ensure goals are met and exceeded.
6. Attend national events, webinars or any other meetings/events as advised by the board of directors to network and generate interest in the services offered by Core Prescribing Solutions.
7. Deliver a best in class service to clients.
Role Requirements
1. 2:1 or above in any undergraduate degree.
2. Experience in medical environment in business development, sales and marketing roles.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Up-to-date knowledge of Business Development, Marketing, and technology trends.
