What you’ll be doing
* Play a pivotal role inestablishing and maintaining governance in internationalpartnerships with customers and industry partners, ensuringcompliance and fostering strong relationships vital to businesssuccess
Lead the drafting, negotiation, and completion ofcontractual arrangements with customers and partners, contributingsignificantly to the growth and development of thebusiness
* Ensure strict compliance with all legalrequirements, encompassing health and safety, procurement law,product safety, compliance, export control, and ethical businessconduct, to maintain the integrity of the Air Sectorbusiness
* Engage early in dispute resolution processes,strategizing and implementing effective solutions to swiftlyaddress challenges and uphold the business’s reputation forexcellence and integrity. Stay abreast of legal and businessdevelopments, providing valuable insights and training to supportongoingsuccess
* Youwill play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice andsolutions across multiple jurisdictions, partnering withinternational global customers and industry collaborators, andensuring compliance with legalrequirements

Your skills andexperiences:
Essential:
* UK qualified solicitors or barristers with appropriateleading law firm and/or in-house experience
Experience of operating within a commercialenvironment Sound knowledge of, and experience of dealing with,relevant areas of thelaw Musthave a current practising certificate
