Night Manager - Boutique Hotel - Up To £32,000
Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a leadership role in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? Wonderful boutique hotel is seeking a Night Manager to join the team and oversee smooth operations during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
* Opera System Knowledge: Experience with Opera or a similar PMS system is ideal; we welcome candidates with foundational knowledge and a willingness to learn.
* Customer Service Excellence: Previous experience in a guest-facing role is essential. You will handle guest interactions, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any conflicts professionally and efficiently.
* Fluent English Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
* Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in hospitality is essential. You will manage and motivate a small night team.
* Duty Manager Skills: Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including pool testing, is desirable.
* Willingness to Train: Preparedness to complete First Aid and Pool Responder training, if needed.
* Administrative Proficiency: Capable of creating staff rotas and managing administrative tasks, with a readiness to learn new computer systems.
* Conference Management: Ability to manage and prepare conference room setups during the night shift, optimizing day staff resources.
* Porter Duties: A hands-on approach to support porter responsibilities when required.
