Job Description
This role is a rare opportunity to join the healthcare sector as a true customer service professional, this role includes managing a team who have a large range of interactions with customers in addition to owning the customer journey for customers who interact via in person appointments.
3. Lead and manage a very specialist customer service team within the healthcare sector.
4. Work with key stakeholders based in clinics across the North West to own the customer journey.
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.
6. Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
7. Monitor accuracy of reporting and data analysis.
8. Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
9. Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
10. Coordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives.
11. Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Manager should have:
12. A background working in a leadership role, able to manage a team who are highly empathetic.
13. Experience leading for a clinical, pharmaceutical, health care or similar patient related business - private or public.
14. Strong knowledge of working with key stakeholders to improve / review the customer journey.
15. Strong understanding of company customer service policies and procedures.
16. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
17. Ability to work well under pressure and manage a team.
**This role is full time based in office. Working schedule is Monday - Friday and has some travel expectations**
