Assignment Manager
Join us as an Assignment Manager for the opportunity to carve out a career within the biggest name in security. Please send through your CV in the first instance.
This is a full-time permanent role working predominantly Monday to Saturday, 5 out of 7 days, between 8am - 5:15pm, however some flexibility will be required.
You will need to have a full UK driving licence and your own transport.
Your Time at Work
For the role of Assignment Manager you will oversee a team of static and area security officers and report directly into the customer service manager. You will be responsible for opening and closing of the site and ensuring the on-going high standard of service delivery.
You will be an integral part of the management team liaising with the customer service managers, our client and with service partners to ensure that our client's requirements are met in line with contractual service delivery.
You will need to be able to manage your team and deal with the day to day issues in a calm, professional manner, adopting a positive can do approach in all your work.
Our Perfect Worker
It would be ideal if you have an SIA license or experience in security, but if not, then full training will be provided.
What's crucial is your great communication and customer service skills. All our admin is digital and paperless, so you'll need to be tech savvy enough to use our digital devices.
As this is a mobile position, you will also need to have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
