🔍 Skills:
Proven administrative experience in a school setting 📚
Exceptional organisation and multitasking abilities 📝
Strong communication skills, providing a warm welcome to parents, students, and staff 🤝
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment 🖥️
💼 Your Role:
Act as the first point of contact, warmly greeting visitors and answering telephone calls ☎️
Provide administrative support, maintaining filing systems and organising school records 📂
Coordinate appointments and manage calendars, supporting the smooth running of the school's activities 🗓️
Assist with student enrollment and handle correspondence with parents ✉️
Collaborate with teachers and staff, assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the school 📝
