Our Account Management team manages our restaurant relationships. As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we use data-driven insights and industry knowledge to help our partner restaurants’ grow.
1. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an account management or commercial role, with proven track record of driving results for clients
2. Experience as an account manager or client servicing relevant role in data analytics/e-commerce.
3. Upsell ad solutions and use data analytics
4. Experience in using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Some experience in presenting to key stakeholders and C-suite level
