About the Role:

* Offer one-on-one and small group interventions to help students understand and master various subjects. Use evidence-based strategies to support students in developing positive learning habits and overcoming challenges.
* Teach and reinforce study skills, helping students understand and manage their academic workload. Encourage positive interactions and model appropriate behaviour.
* Work alongside classroom teachers to implement learning strategies that promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support teachers in addressing academic issues and fostering a culture of respect and cooperation.
* Maintain detailed records of students’ progress and any interventions used. Provide regular updates to teachers, parents, and other relevant parties to ensure a coordinated approach to each student’s development.
* Liaise with external agencies to ensure that students receive comprehensive support. Collaborate with counsellors, social workers, and other professionals to address the broader needs of students and their families.
