Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor (Part-Time)
Location: Tetbury and surrounds
Contract Details: Permanent, Part-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6.30 am or 7.30 am to 9.30 am, Fridays: 6.30am to 1 pm/ 2pm (flexibility required)
Salary: £15 per hour

Responsibilities:
6. Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring effective performance and adherence to high standards
7. Plan and allocate work schedules, taking into account client requirements and staff availability
8. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional cleaning standards
9. Train new and existing staff on best practises, cleaning techniques, and safety procedures
10. Manage stock levels, cleaning supplies, and equipment maintenance
11. Handle client queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
12. Monitor and report any health and safety concerns or issues
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
13. Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
14. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and staff
16. Solid understanding of cleaning processes, products, and equipment
17. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
18. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
19. Full driving licence and willingness to travel to clients' locations
