This role is Part time 3 days per week, flexible.
Our client are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an HR Administrator on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the HR Manager to assist in all aspects of HR administration.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
3. Process HR documentation, including new hire paperwork, employment contracts, and termination paperwork.
4. Coordinate employee on boarding activities, including preparing orientation materials and scheduling training sessions.
5. Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
6. Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollment, inquiries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
7. Provide support for performance management processes, including performance review documentation and goal setting.
8. Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and maintaining confidentiality.
