HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM Lead the Engineering team to deliver solutions utilising Engineering best practices in collaboration with Capability Managers Be responsible for the success of programme delivery from an engineering perspective Be involved in the full lifecycle of the product, from bid stage through to customer acceptance Collaborate with the system, hardware and software SMEs to ensure consistency and technical excellence throughout the engineering lifecycle Develop, mentor and support junior engineers to generate Systems Engineering artefacts across the product development lifecycle ABOUT YOU Experience leading engineers across the full development lifecycle Systems Thinker, understanding and questioning the why and how of a solution, always thinking lean to drive towards delivery Ability to negotiate between technical and non-technical stakeholders with respect to delivering a suitable solution within time and cost constraints Experience working with customers and an understanding of the commercial and contractual aspects of project delivery Not a 100% match?
