Are you an immediately available proactive HR Assistant who thrives working in a fast paced creative environment?
Handle are working with a leading entertainment company based in Richmond who are looking for an adaptive HR Assistant to support with the day to day running of the HR function on a 3 month FTC basis. This is a very hands-on role that will be the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries ensuring that the function runs professionally and smoothly.
The role will be supporting across the full employee lifecycle, from supporting with recruitment coordination to sending offer letters and generating contracts to onboarding/offboarding. You will also advise managers on any issues and have a good foundation understanding of employee relations and how to signpost to the relevant policies/ processes.
* You will need at least 1-2 years HR experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident working manually and has an eye for detail when it comes to data input
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a media or entertainment business with experience working with freelancers.
