Leicestershire & Rutland County FA (LRCFA) is inviting applications for the position of Referee Development Officer. The role will focus on recruiting and converting new referees by leading the delivery of referee courses and providing post-course support.
Additionally, the role will involve overseeing the appointment of match officials for County Cup competitions and other assignments, such as Leicester City Football Club academy games. This position will report to our Referee Development Lead, allowing them to focus more on retaining and progressing match officials throughout the referee pathway.

About the Role:
1. You'll identify, manage, and develop relationships with key partners to meet the strategic objectives of the LRCFA.
2. You'll tutor referee courses as required to meet the needs of the organisation.
3. You'll Implement strategies to convert new referees, with a particular focus on overseeing the development of the Referee Friendly Club Programme.
4. You'll administer County FA match official appointments in line with policies and procedures.
