About the Role: As an E-Learning Developer, youll create dynamic learning content in a variety of formats such as video, interactive lessons, walk-throughs, and job aids. Youll work to established instructional design guidelines, standards, and templates, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the business to ensure high-quality, engaging content. This is an end-to-end role where youll handle everything from learning analysis and design documents to storyboarding and scripting.
Responsibilities: Develop learning content in video, interactive lessons, job aids, and more
Adhere to instructional design standards and guidelines
Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and conduct review sessions
Lead the entire production of learning materials, from analysis to certification
About You: Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Technical Trainer, or similar role (e.g., Learning Experience Designer)
Skilled in creating learning content for technical audiences
Proficient in using video and e-learning production tools
Understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and Service Management
Experience staging and managing content in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
