Job Description
A Cleaner who will work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout our offices.
You will be an integral part of the cleaning team, reporting directly to the Facilities Services Management team who will allocate tasks for completion.
The ideal candidate will be required to complete general cleaning duties in various areas within the building including the offices, breakout areas, and toilets whilst following all Manual Handling and COSHH regulations.
Whilst previous experience cleaning offices and handling industrial cleaning equipment would be advantageous, full training will be provided.
The position is offered on a part time basis, working 30 hours, Monday to Friday between the hours of 17:00-23:00.
Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Experience using buffer machines and carpet cleaners is beneficial.
* Basic computer skills are preferred.
* Ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to use your own initiative towards work.
* Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
Main Responsibilities
* Emptying bins, hoovering, mopping, alongside high and low level dusting.
* Completing tasks set by the Facilities Services Management team.
* Using cleaning machinery including buffers and carpet cleaners.
* Cleaning all areas of the office including washroom facilities.
* Refilling and replenishing stock.
