Job Summary We are looking for a TikTok Live Shopping Presenter who is highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about beauty and sales. In this role, you will be responsible for hosting engaging and entertaining live shopping sessions on TikTok to promote and sell KEM’s products. You’ll be tasked with hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, while ensuring that each live session captivates the audience, educates customers, and drives revenue. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable on camera, and enjoys direct interaction with an audience. Commission and bonuses are available based on performance, with the opportunity to earn more by meeting and exceeding sales goals. Key Responsibilities Host live shopping sessions on TikTok, showcasing KEM’s beauty products and engaging with viewers to drive product sales. Present and demonstrate products in an entertaining, informative, and convincing manner, addressing questions and highlighting key features. Work towards specific KPIs and sales targets, with a strong focus on conversion and driving revenue during live sessions. Monitor and analyse live stream performance, including viewer engagement and sales data, to optimise future sessions. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to plan promotions and product features for live sessions. Stay up to date with TikTok trends, integrating them into live presentations to keep content fresh and relevant. Build and maintain relationships with customers, creating a loyal fan base and repeat customers through engaging interactions. Contribute to social media content creation and support other marketing tasks as needed. Qualifications Confident, charismatic, and comfortable being on camera, with a talent for engaging and entertaining live audiences. Experience in sales, particularly in an online or retail environment, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. A solid understanding of TikTok as a platform, including its audience, trends, and live streaming features. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey product benefits effectively. Results-oriented with a passion for hitting KPIs and achieving high sales numbers. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience hosting live shopping events on TikTok or other platforms. Knowledge of the beauty industry and experience with beauty products. Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and online sales tools. Salary Salary is dependent on experience, with commission and bonuses available based on sales performance.
