Our client is looking to appoint a German speaking Business Development Manager on a full time permanent basis. This is a varied role and duties include:
1. Negotiate new business and secure sales growth in line with agreed KPIs through a blended approach of cold-calling; networking; key account management and marketing campaigns.
2. Develop business development strategy and marketing plans to support company goals and agreed KPIs.
3. Identify and collate new target / prospect lists ensuring that sales / BD activities are appropriately prioritised, tailored and managed in line with potential value to the business; likelihood of success and customer type.
4. Prospect for new clients and new client opportunities through developing industry networks and raising the profile through CPD sessions with construction industry contacts.
