Job Title: ESOL Tutor
Job Duties:
* Create engaging ESOL lessons for students
* Assess students' language skills and develop tailored learning plans
* Provide constructive feedback
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of language acquisition principles
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Proficiency in using technology to enhance learning
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Weekly pay
* £20 - £30 per hour
* Dedicated consultant throughout the entire process

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
