R Recruitment is recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join our team. Previous payroll experience is preferred but not essential if you have a background in another accounts-based role. We require someone with a can-do attitude, that picks things up quickly, has excellent multitasking skills, and thrives in a busy environment. If you hate clock watching and love working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the position for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Time sheets management
2. Costings preparations
3. Costings approvals
4. Discrepancy corrections
5. Preparing files for payments
6. Daily administration tasks
7. Ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate must have:
1. Previous data entry experience (Essential)
2. Knowledge of payroll (Beneficial)
3. Excellent written English and grammatical knowledge
4. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
5. Good computer software skills
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
7. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
8. Good time management and organizational skills
