* Basic salary range £42,500 - £50,000 (Depending on sales and relatable PPE product & industry experience)

The Company
A premium supplier of safety solutions who is looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to help promote their Safety Hand Protection & Footwear solutions within the industrial safety market.
They're looking to further enhance their market leading position and seek a sales individual who can operate as a PPE / safety authority and support their distribution client base.
The Role
* This is a hands-on role gaining a deep understanding of the company’s existing channel activities covering PPE, Safety, and Industrial distributors.
* You shall have a range of accounts to support from National through to Independent distributors and with the agreement of senior stakeholders you shall look to motivate, train, and actively support the distribution sales force.
* In addition, you will seek to educate and recommend best health and safety practices to key decision makers at Large end-user organisations across several vertical market segments.
* Example end-user sectors: Automotive, Renewables, Offshore, Utilities, Engineering and Manufacturing.
The Person
* Ideally you shall have current experience working for an industrial or safety & PPE distributor and have an understanding of end-user opportunities to target within the region.
* You should be able to demonstrate a stable career that is still on an upward trajectory and have a minimum three-years field sales experience.
* You will be a very persuasive individual who has excellent people skills and possesses a consultative / purposeful selling style.
* In short, we are looking for an individual who has a passion to become a PPE / safety category expert.
