New Temp-Perm position for a Finance Administrator in Gatwick.
Description
* Manage day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation.
* Process payments, track expenses, and monitor budgets.
* Prepare accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
* Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other tax-related matters.
* Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless financial transactions.
* Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Profile
* Proven experience in finance administration or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage, but not essential.
* May be working towards an accountancy degree
