Description
The junior HR Business Partner will have responsibility for the following:
1. Work with managers and key stakeholders to help build the people capability, focusing on recruitment, retention, engagement and the overall employee experience.
2. Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to support the business strategy from a people perspective, including recruitment of new talent, retention of key people and reward strategies.
3. Use HR information systems to gather people data and insights on key people metrics such as absence, staff turnover, cost per hire etc
4. Provide a proactive HR service, including employee relations, resourcing, people development, performance management & reward, as well involvement in workforce planning and resource management.
5. Ensure compliance with employment law requirements by keeping up to date with new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising manager on actions as appropriate.
6. Work with the HR team to create and maintain a company culture and people approach which supports the business strategy.
