Dunbar Brown Group are delighted to be working in partnership with an exciting Data and AI consultancy client in their search for an experienced Client Manager.
Our client specialises in digital transformation and they sell people solutions to Pharmaceutical and Life Science companies across the world.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of value and the continuous satisfaction of clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts and across new prospects, expanding the business footprint and driving revenue growth.
- Understand client challenges and opportunities, working closely with them to develop tailored solutions leveraging the client’s unique model and services.
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive client success and long-term partnerships, including the identification of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services, alignment of solutions with client expectations, and continuous improvement.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to ensure the company is positioned as a forward-thinking partner in data, AI, and technology.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and overseeing contract execution.
Skills and Experience:
- 3 years plus experience of selling IT people services, ideally from a UK based consultancy but we will consider experience IT contract recruiters
- Proven track record in managing complex client relationships and driving revenue growth through client success.
- Strong experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and through new client acquisition.
- Ability to understand client needs and challenges, providing strategic solutions and demonstrating the value of our client's offerings.
- Understanding of data-driven transformation, AI, digital technology, and innovation trends. Experience working in a data consultancy or technology solutions environment is a plus.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across stakeholders.
-Ability to align client needs with long-term goals, building robust strategies to drive both client and business success.
-A track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a client-facing or business development role within the data, AI, or technology consulting sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and large accounts.
- Knowledge of current industry trends in digital transformation, data analytics, and AI.
Please note successful candidate will be comfortable working in the clients London office 3/4 times a week.
