Project Manager
Liverpool - Full Time
We are recruiting for a new Project Manager to join the team in Liverpool working within a PFI Healthcare environment to support on the full delivery of projects across the estate. You will working closely with Mitie's Hard FM team to ensure the overall planning, development & delivery of projects in the most cost-effective manner.
What will you be doing?
You will be fundamental to the efficient delivery of projects to both the SPV and Trust working alongside the Hard Services team and Alder Hay team to meet project KPIs and SLAs. You will manage compliance with Mitie & Client agreed project delivery methodology, governance & gateway approvals and take ownership of Health and Safety, ensuring projects are managed through RIBA stages 0-7, between stakeholders and CDM duty holders, as required.
You will also:
* You will hold key stakeholder management for all project works.
* You will be identifying & procuring the services of specialist designers & contractors as required to successfully deliver their allocated lifecycle projects.
* You will monitor & control all change during a project's life cycle, in accordance with the relevant contract requirements.
What do you need to be successful?
The successful candidate will have a proven history of project development and delivery with a demonstrable experience of Healthcare environmental background and CDM, performing the duties of a Principal Contractor, pre-construction and construction phases and delivery of multiple projects. You will also:
* Ideally worked within a PFI contract or had an exposure to.
* Preferably degree qualified in a surveying or construction related discipline.
* Membership of a construction related institute e.g. RICS/CIOB/RIBA/CIBSE/MIET or APM Membership preferable.
* Hold a relevant Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH NVQ Level 6 Health and Safety or IOSH is preferred.
