Your new role As a member of the office services department, you'll be working in a busy and hands-on environment with a close team of professionals. As an Administrative Assistant, no day is the same. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: General office administration (scanning, filing, mail etc.) Handling the mail delivery process Management of important client documents Data entry Helping with basic IT support (desk and meeting room set-up, liaising with the IT department to resolve issues etc.) Ad hoc projects Reception cover when the front office team is unavailable This is a varied and busy role, with lots of training and support on offer as you progress.
