About Us Golf Traveller is a luxury sector B2C and B2B golf tour operator and event organiser. Our management has long histories in golf, travel, hospitality and events and are seeking to change the way golf travel is presented and consumed. Our global client portfolio includes elite private clubs, leisure and golf tour operators, agents and concierge providers, HNW individuals, private family offices and corporate entities invested in golf. Candidates should have travel industry experience, preferably in the luxury segment, an interest in golf and an understanding of its language. Golf is at the heart of our offering, with the best courses forming the centerpiece of many itineraries. However, our approach goes far beyond golf; meeting the expectations of the luxury traveler, whether a golfer or not, requires careful attention to detail at every stage of the journey. As a Product Coordinator, it will be your responsibility to develop and refine programs tailored to the specific interests of each group or individual. This includes identifying and recommending destinations, sourcing the most suitable accommodation, transportation, dining options, activities, and excursions—all seamlessly curated to create a perfect experience while reflecting the essence of the local culture. You’ll collaborate closely with suppliers and Destination Management Companies (DMCs), building and maintaining relationships that enable us to deliver unique and exclusive opportunities for our clients. Your role will also involve contracting and negotiation, pricing and competitive analysis, and ensuring that all elements of our itineraries meet the highest standards of quality and value. Ideal candidates will have work experience in the luxury travel or hospitality industry, with an interest in or understanding of golf as an added advantage. A creative and commercial mindset, excellent communication skills (both in person and digitally), and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are essential.
