Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Good years program management experience
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
Background Check Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
3. Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

4. Strong aptitude for analytic thinking and solution development
5. Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
6. Familiarity with forecasting and statistical concepts
7. Proven capabilities to drive positive business results through cross-group collaboration and partnerships
8. Executive level communication experience (written and verbal)
9. Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups spanning all organizational levels
10. Ability to deliver results in an ambiguous and evolving business environment
Responsibilities
As a Regional IT Lifecycle Program Manager - Data Bearing Devices your performance objectives include:
11. Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of datacenter operations
12. Forecast, manage, and report Data Bearing Device Destruction (DBD) OPEX and CAPEX budgets to leadership and finance
13. Develop and manage DBD Management and Destruction procedures
14. Develop and manage DBD metrics for supporting leadership and Data Center Operations teams
15. Define and manage DBD hardware deployments for the improvement of DBD Destruction and Chain of custody
16. Operationalize new hardware and tooling deployments for the improvement of DBD Destruction and Chain of custody
17. Partner with CO+I Engineering teams to provide technical requirements and process expertise related to Data Bearing Device tooling requirements and enhancements
18. Partner with DC Operations, DC Physical Security, DC EHS and CO+I Assurance to ensure all DBD processes, hardware and tooling changes approved and supported
19. Learn, live, and coach the One Microsoft culture and values. Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success
