* Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
* Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution
* Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery
* Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages and excesses
* Utilise data analysis to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team of 5
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools – (ideally D365 and SAP)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Leadership experience with a focus on team development and continuous improvement
