Salary: £32,000-45,000 dependent on experience

The successful Conservation Architect will have several years of post-qualification experience, strong technical and design abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction detailing and regulations.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect/ Architectural Technologist:
1. ARB Registered
2. Substantial post qualification experience
3. Attentiveness to detail
4. Ideally knowledge of traditional and classical architectural concepts
5. Experience in job running across all RIBA stages
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Strong design and technical detailing
8. Being well versed in ArchiCAD is advantageous
9. AABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accreditations or working towards
10. Proven record working on bespoke high end and conservation specialist projects
11. Comprehensive understanding of building contracts and contract administration
12. Able to work independently and as part of a team
13. Be a driven, ambitious and creatively minded individual
14. Willingness to travel within the UK
15. Positive and motivated attitude
16. Ambitious to succeed and progress
17. Live local to Winchester
