Our flexible Production unit based in Stevenage, Herts offers 60,000 square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing and office space with flexible, highly skilled, and knowledgeable team producing electronics for major industries.

As we continue to grow, we have an exciting new opening for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team.
You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, and provide admin support across the business.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
First point of contact for any customer queries
Manage and track customer accounts
Manage the admin of all sales orders and amendments
Provide customer order book reports
Participate in customer meetings both onsite and offsite
Process new customer quotations and complete costed BOMs
Update CRM with prospects and opportunities
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in a Customer Service / Sales position desirable
Proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel).
Comfortable communicating with customers by telephone and email.
GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English & Maths
Enthusiastic, with real drive to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
Strong organisational skills and excellent communicator
Good negotiator as will be essential when agreeing delivery dates
Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
