Role Overview:
" Position: Assistant Extra Care Manager

" Salary: Approximately £26,000 per annum and generous benefit package
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service delivery.
2. Assist in managing daily operations, including staff scheduling and health and safety.
3. Support the Manager in maintaining high standards.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
5. Contribute to strategic planning and development.
6. Work effectively with external agencies including healthcare professionals.
