We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our client's team in the construction industry. As the Business Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our client's operations including Buying and Procurement functions.

Salary: £25,-£30, p/a
Location: Pontypridd
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, office hours
Holidays and Benefits: 26 days + BH, Performance based bonus, Training and progression - this role has the scope to grow as you develop, free on-site parking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support buying and procurement functions within the business.
2. Maintain and improve supplier network, including developing new supplier relationships.
3. Pricing and lead time negotiation, ensuring cost effectiveness and efficiency.
4. Forecasting of products and understanding needs,
5. Maintaining and keeping real-time record on systems
6. Provide purchasing administration support such as raising Purchase Orders
7. Liaising with on-site team members regarding product needs
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and databases.
9. Respond to inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
11. Assist with budgeting and cost tracking.
12. Administrative support across business managers
Qualifications:
13. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role is preferred.
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
16. Strong organisational and time management abilities.
17. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
18. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
19. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
