MacKenzie King are delighted to be recruiting a Payroll Administrator for an impressive organisation based in Colchester. As a Payroll Administrator, you will work as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth running of the payroll process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Payroll Manager in processing of 2 monthly payrolls, including payroll checking and analysis, accurately and on time.
* Daily monitoring of mailbox, dealing with payroll queries
* Produce, analyse and present regular weekly and monthly reports using excel to other departments and senior management teams. Including ad hoc report requests
* Process Mileage and expenses claims
* Process contract changes and check correct payment
* Process new starters weekly
* Check sickness pay and fit notes correctly recorded
* Process Maternity, Paternity leave and assess payment
* Raise out of cycle payments as required
* Assist Manager with preparation of monthly pension reports and Auto enrolment
* Assist with new systems implementation as required
* Deliver system training to new users
Skills Required:
1. Previous experience within a payroll role
