SALARY: Circa £50k plus
THE ROLE:
Are you a skilled Residential Property Lawyer ready for a new challenge? A reputable regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced and skilled Residential Property Lawyer into their Suffolk-based team. The appointed Residential Property Lawyer will be handling the full spectrum of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchase, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, freehold and leasehold properties you will also be supporting and collaborating with the head of department.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in conducting your own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. You will possess proven expertise in all aspects of residential property law and be looking for a supportive and collaborative firm where you will see your career flourish. Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have strong business development and be willing to drive the development of the team within the local area.
