We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Deliver weekly reports in a timely and accurate manner, e nsuring all costs are recorded accurately
* Raise sales invoices and resolve any queries ahead of time to enable payment in line with agreed terms
* Maintain accurate weekly time and attendance system records for both weekly and monthly paid staff to include all exceptions
* Ensure all payroll deadlines are met including, statutory sick pay and pay deadlines
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous experience working in finance, ideally with the ability to work to strict deadlines
* Ability to analyse, investigate and problem-solve numerical information
* A pro-active, organised, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
