Job Description
Sales Administration / Phone based (B2B), Henley on Thames:
6. Out going sales support phone calls (confirming details, names addresses, etc) for the sales team
7. Hitting B2B targets - This is a core requirement
8. Identify and prospect potential members to generate sales appointments using various methods; online market research, company database and leads via their active marketing team and web site
9. To hit targets and KPIs
10. Fully supporting the field sales team
Principal Responsibilities:
11. Following up leads using the telephone, this is a volume based telesales task
12. As a guide you will be making circa 100+ dials a day and spend circa 3 to 3.5 hours on connected calls
13. Booking a minimum of three meetings a day for the sales team

Telesales / Phone Sales (B2B), Henley on Thames
14. You will have B2B telphone based customer service or sales experience
15. To portray a professional visual and verbal image at all times
16. To undertake training as required
What's on Offer
Salary of circa £22,000 to £27,000 dependant upon experience.
