Are you a technical manager working for one of the large national house builders and have experience working on 150 unit+ projects?
Do you fancy doing something different and have a clear progression to head of technical?
I want to speak with you because I am working with an exceptional house builder in Yorkshire that is growing rapidly. They are looking to expand the technical team with an ambitious senior technical manager to head up the department and run a team of technical coordinators day to day.
There is a team of 4 currently but with additional land being bought this is expected to be the first of many hires into the team so you will be able to grow and develop your career as you see fit.
You will be well versed in managing complex house-building projects and have a demonstrable track record in managing engineering and infrastructure packages on housing sites within multi-phased production.
If you are an ambitious and driven technical manager from a house building background or an engineer working within a consultancy then this is the role for you.
It is expected that you will manage a small team but as you will be bringing additional skills and experience into the business you will be tasked with upskilling and broadening the knowledge base on technical aspects of large housing projects.
