1. Starting salary up to £19 per hour plus performance-related bonuses.

Our client, a leading automotive vehicle accident repair group with multiple sites across the Southwest region, is currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Paint/Prep Sprayer to join their busy centre in Fishponds, Bristol.
Reporting to the Centre Manager and working as part of a friendly team in fantastic modern facilities, your key responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer will include:
4. Preparing and priming vehicle bodywork to our clients and manufacturers' specifications.
5. Mixing and colour-matching, painting all repaired areas to a high standard, and polishing as appropriate.
6. Carry out light cosmetic SMART repairs.
7. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
8. Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
9. Maintaining good housekeeping/health and safety standards and orderly administration of your work.
To be eligible, you will need to have strong current or recent experience working as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer. Formal qualifications as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer and an ATA qualification would be desirable however our client is willing to consider candidates with extensive "on-the-job" experience who can work to their meticulous standards. Overall, you will have a good eye for detail, be a team player with good communication skills, have an aptitude for multi-tasking, and have a UK driving license with minimal points.
