Key Responsibilities:
Managing multiple entities with ease, ensuring smooth operations and coordination.
Expertly managing the MD's diary, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Taking accurate minutes during meetings and distributing them to relevant parties.
Acting as an office manager, coordinating administrative tasks and managing the office environment.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring their needs are met.
Producing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel proficiency.
Salary and Benefits:
An attractive annual salary ranging from £50, to £60,, commensurate with experience and skills.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple entities effortlessly.
Strong diary management skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent minute-taking ability to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.
Previous experience in an office management capacity, maintaining a smooth running environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, suppliers, and team members.
Proficiency in producing professional documents and presentations using MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills.
