The kitchen uses the very best of British seasonal produce, all dishes are prepared and created in-house, with a Michelin exec chef for guidance and training. This is a perfect place as chef de partie to sharpen kills whilst pushing culinary excellence.
The food offer is British pub classics, refined to perfection, a busy service for the chef de partie will be 150 covers per service. With consistency and detail being most important to plating and delivery. The kitchens are very well maintained and generally have a great feel to them.
