We're seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team. You'll work closely with clients facing a range of challenges, including homelessness, substance misuse, mental health issues, and trauma.
Young Persons Support Worker
Location: Newport
Hours: Full-time Temporary hours available (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £12.82 - £14.00 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
What you'll do:
Empower clients: Provide tailored support to help individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
Build relationships: Foster strong connections with clients and local agencies to create a supportive network.
Work autonomously: Manage your own caseload and schedule, working both remotely and in the community.
Develop your skills: Gain expertise in areas like trauma-informed care, substance misuse, and housing law.
