Job Description:
As the FM Helpdesk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and will play a crucial role in customer service and support operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Serving as the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls.
* Accurately processing enquiries, resolving concerns where possible, or distributing call-back requests to the relevant department with key information.
Help Desk Management:
* Responding to helpdesk queries and ensuring they are logged correctly in line with each client’s contract on our Eworks management system.
* Following up on queries and planning engineer or sub-contractor attendance as required.
Coordination and Communication:
* Liaising with contractors, client representatives, and the full team, including engineers.
