Job Description
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
3. Processing high volumes of invoices
4. Allocating credit notes to the correct POs
5. Dealing with queries
6. Managing the inbox
7. Supplier statement reconciliations
8. Bank reconciliations
9. Preparing the weekly payment run
10. Other adhoc duties
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must:
11. Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
12. Ideally be immediately available
13. Be able to work as part of a team
14. Have excellent communication skills
15. Be able to multi task
16. Be able to work with high volumes
