For our department Sales in Telford, UK, we are looking for you as: Order Processor Service (m/f/d)
What challenges can you expect?
1. You will advise end customers/operators regarding all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range (with specialized support from an OPP or specialized department where necessary).
2. Discuss and evaluate customer requests regarding technical feasibility and propose solutions.
3. Preplan service jobs to be carried out on a weekly basis.
4. Coordinate/analyze safety issues related to after-sales service and prepare the necessary documentation and certification.
What do we expect from you?
1. You have completed an engineering degree and possess an appropriate level of experience.
2. 3 years of experience in the field of Energy Technology.
3. Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word); SAP knowledge will be considered a plus.
4. Language skills: business fluent in English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
5. Knowledge, experience, and good understanding of the operation and servicing of power transformers will be evaluated as a plus.
